They have a superb reputation in both markets as premier custom home builders and developers.

 Their homes and communities stand as evidence of their market expertise, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Examples of their subdivisions include: Willow Chase and Waterford on the Park, a zero- lot- line subdivision with lakes, nature trails and tennis courts.  

 Their signature homes can be found in some of Dallas most high profile subdivisions: Preston Hollow, The Downs on Hillcrest, Waterford Park, Plano, Preston Forest, University and Highland Park as well as in Conroe's, Walden on Lake Conroe a community just outside Houston.

  Elizabeth has been a Realtor that has enjoyed the "multi million dollar" producer rank. Born and raised in Mexico City and her understanding of the American and Latin cultures allowed her to devise successful and innovative marketing plans for many builders and their subdivisions.

  Avid believers in promoting opportunities of home ownership for the first time buyers they formed Alianza Group in 1996. They have successfully completed two subdivisions of affordable homes in Houston: Las Casitas and Los Arboles. 

 Intrigued by the beauty and ammenities that Montgomery County offers it's residents: Lake Conroe and Lake Livingston, Sam Houston National Forest, first class golf courses, exceptional public schools, they have been active in Walden and surrounding communities building their "Custom Home Series".
